Sylvan Lake Minor Football is pleased to announce the creation of two new milestone awards: the President’s Award and the President’s Award with Distinction.

The President’s Award will be presented annually to graduating Bantam Lions who have demonstrated long-term commitment to our SLMFA program, completing two years with the Lions, two years with Peewee Bears and a minimum of one year of Atom Tigers.

The President’s Award with Distinction recognizes an even higher level of sustained commitment and will be presented to graduating H.J. Cody Lakers who, in addition to the above, have completed a full three-year career with the Lakers.

Not all success in football can be measured by statistics, wins, or losses. Demonstrating this level of commitment, dedication and perseverance is increasingly rare and something we believe deserves meaningful recognition.

We are beginning with the Class of 2025 and working retroactviely to include previous class recipients.
